Upon delivery, immediately unpack your items and inspect the packaging seals and temperature of the meat to ensure everything arrived in perfect condition.
Document Issues
If you notice any damage to the vacuum seals or have concerns about product quality, take clear photographs of the items and the shipping box labels.
